Breckland Speedwell Veronica praecox

Considered an introduction to Britain, this species was known in cultivation from 1775, but not recorded in the wild in Britain until 1933. It has always been rare and is known from very few sites, although as with Fingered Speedwell, it has been introduced to one or two reserves.
